Boca Raton, Fla-based Waypoint Residential LLC acquired the 79-unit Vickers Historic Roswell apartment community for an undisclosed amount.
According to a press release, the class-A multifamily development sits in the heart of Roswell’s entertainment district on Canton Street.

The property was built in 2018 and offers residents a rooftop terrace, a fitness center, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, according to the community’s website.
Waypoint was founded in 2011 and, besides Boca Raton, has offices in Atlanta and Dallas. The firm acquires, develops, operates and finances multifamily assets throughout the Sunbelt and has more than $4.4 billion of investments encompassing approximately 28,900 units.
