Another Trump family connection, another real estate deal.

The socialite Blaine Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump‘s younger brother, Robert, has once again put her Millbrook, NY, estate on the market. It’s now available for $9,950,000.

Old-school opulence abounds in this 107-acre estate, which was just relisted by Trump. The current price represents a steep reduction on what she had originally been hoping for.

At its peak, the Hudson Valley home was listed in 2012 for $17.5 million. In 2019, the picturesque property came back to the market with a price chop to $9,995,000. This week, an additional $45,000 was sliced from the price.

The society figure is the daughter of IBM executive Joseph Beard and has spent her life running in rarefied social circles, including a nearly three-decade marriage to Robert Trump.  After purchasing the home together in 1992 for $2.5 million, the pair later split in 2008, in an acrimonious divorce played out in the tabloids. Robert Trump died in 2020.

According to a 2014 article in Architectural Digest on her Manhattan pied-à-terre, Blaine, who raises money for charitable causes, has moved her home base to Miami with her current partner, the businessman Steve Simon.

The Georgian Colonial residence is notable for its history, in addition to its size.

Built during the Civil War era, the original structure was moved in the 1908s, piece by piece, from its Hudson, NY, site to its current location. In 1989, the home was meticulously expanded to keep the Colonial feel and take advantage of surrounding views of the Catskill Mountains.

Offering eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and more than 8,200 square feet, its generous layout boasts period details mixed with contemporary pieces and updates.
