Awkwafina, one of the stars of “Crazy Rich Asians,” is selling her crazy-nice West Hollywood townhome, Dirt reported. The three-level condo is now available for $2,395,000.

Born Nora Lum in Queens, NY, the actress and comedian purchased the swanky spot in 2019 for $2.27 million.

The loft-style living space offers three levels, as well as a roof deck with a spa and awe-inspiring city views.

The entry opens into an open-plan living and dining area, with a fireplace and glass doors that open to a balcony.

A white, modern kitchen with two-tone cabinets and Viking stainless-steel appliances adjoins the dining atrium, which features soaring cathedral ceilings and eye-catching globe pendant lighting.

She paid $3.45 million for the architectural, which was designed by the architect Richard Dodson and built in 1991. It was initially listed in February for $3,495,000, so she was savvy enough to score a small discount.

The 4,000-square-foot home, in the upscale neighborhood, includes four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and an open-concept living space that opens outside through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
