After reportedly breaking up with her fiancé, the Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez, the international superstar Jennifer Lopez is apparently coupling up with an old flame, Ben Affleck.

The diva dated the two-time Oscar-winner back in 2002, and they even had plans to marry the following year. The wedding was called off, however, and we were left with faded memories of “Gigli.” Until now.

You know we love a real estate angle. The singer and actress is reported to have moved out of the Miami home she shared with A-Rod, and to be renting a swanky Miami Beach mansion where both she and Affleck have been spotted, the New York Post reports.

Here are some fun facts about J. Lo’s rental digs.

1. Pricey pad

Newly renovated in 2015, the contemporary waterfront estate offers open water views and 100 feet of prime water frontage. The eye-catching mansion changed hands in April for $17.5 million and now rents for a hefty $130,000 a month. The two-story build had been listed for $18.9 million before its recent sale.

At the time of the April sale, it was reported that the mansion could potentially be demolished in favor of new construction. So it’s entirely possible that the new owner is capturing a sizable monthly revenue stream while weighing the merits of a total teardown.

2. Decor included

Teardown or not, there was zero need to scroll through Craigslist to fill the home with furniture.

The upscale abode was offered to tenants as “designer furnished,” with sleek, luxurious details throughout. The white interior, including the flooring and even the couches, contrasts with dark wood accents, and the kitchen is also decorated in white, with dark wood cabinetry.

The kitchen also includes a white waterfall island and bar seating. A casual dining area looks out to the water views. Photographs and artwork add pops of color on the walls. Walls of glass open out to the large patio and allow plenty of light to stream in.

The swanky space offers 11 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms, spread across 10,114 square feet.

The luxurious layout sits on a 27,000-square-foot lot, and comes with a guesthouse, a second kitchen, and multiple sitting areas, with plenty of room to stretch out. A master suite includes a sitting area, balcony, an en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a separate tub and shower, and an enormous walk-in closet.

Naturally, the high-wattage stars would value a secluded spot. The listing details promise “lush landscaping for ultimate privacy.”

The grounds include a “marvelous outdoor area” with a large pool, Jacuzzi, spa, dock, and boat lift, allowing the couple to sail away, or simply catch some rays on the patio, without peeping eyes.

5. Other amenities

No home for the super-fit J. Lo would be complete without a gym. The luxury layout also has an office, so the entrepreneur can keep up with her many endeavors, including JLo Beauty.

She and her flame also have plenty of places to park high-end wheels, with 13 garage spaces. And, if they prefer, maybe they could adopt a pet together, given that the rental allows furry friends. Awwww.

Real estate romance

While Lopez was involved with Rodriguez, the couple jumped into multiple real estate deals. They bought and sold a luxe Manhattan condo and a Malibu beach retreat. They also made news when they reportedly splashed out $40 million for a deluxe waterfront residence in Florida on nearby Star Island last summer.

So perhaps for this newly rekindled romance, testing the waters with a rental, in both love and real estate, might be the best path forward.
