The tennis greats Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf have lobbed one of their Las Vegas homes onto the market, Dirt reported.

While the retired legends live in a massive, 9,000-square-foot mansion in the upscale community of Summerlin, where notable residents have included Céline Dion, David Copperfield, and Carlos Santana, the married couple also reportedly own a handful of nearby homes for family members. One of them, owned by Agassi for decades, has now bounced onto the market for $2.4 million.

Agassi grew up in the area. In 2018, his childhood Vegas home, complete with a pool and tennis court, came on the market for just under $750,000. The remodeled abode sold the following year for $650,000.

Although Agassi does not currently live in the home that’s on the market, it is likely to appeal to tennis aficionados. The listing notes that the property, which includes a private tennis court, is one of the spots where Agassi trained during his professional career.

The property has plenty of other appealing attributes. The two-story residence includes four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, on 4,600 square feet of living space. Located in the guard-gated Spanish Hills Estates, the third-acre lot features a backyard lawn, swimming pool, and spa, plus the plush tennis court, all perks for an athletically inclined buyer.

Built in 1993, the Mediterranean-style home is entered through double doors that open into a spacious interior foyer. Thanks to the white tile, white floors, and double-height windows, the interior space is light and airy.

A glass, two-sided fireplace separates the living room from the formal dining space, and the space also contains a beverage bar for entertaining. The mostly white kitchen, with black-and-white counters, includes double wall ovens, a center island, and a pro-style gas cooktop.

Circular stairs lead to a private master retreat on the upper level that comes with a luxe bathroom, a custom-fitted closet and dressing room, and a balcony that overlooks the pool and tennis court, with views of distant mountains.

Now retired from the game, Agassi, 51, won eight Grand Slam tournaments and a gold medal at the 1996 Olympics. The German-born Graf was ranked No. 1 in the world for a record 377 weeks, and won 22 Grand Slam singles titles.

The Ivan Sher Group with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Nevada Properties holds the listing.
