“Magic Mike” star Channing Tatum and actress and dancer Jenna Dewan have placed their Beverly Hills, CA, mansion on the market for $6 million, according to Dirt.

That’s the same price they paid in 2015. The couple divorced in 2019 and have moved on from the home. Perhaps a buyer will move on from the home as well—the listing notes that the property offers a “dream opportunity to either develop or redesign.” Given the upscale area, this mansion could be a prime candidate to tear down and build anew.

To our eyes, the property is already picturesque and would appeal to buyers in the preservation state of mind.

Built in 1950, the home was remodeled in the 1970s, notes Dirt. Celebrity neighbors have reportedly included Lisa Vanderpump, Jessica Alba, and Demi Moore. The home was even owned at one point by Carrie Fisher.

Located at the end of a long, private drive, the Hamptons-style estate offers 4,853 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The three-level retreat features double-height ceilings, fireplaces, and natural light. The main level includes the chef’s kitchen with marble counters and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen opens to a deck with a built-in barbecue and casual dining area.

The spacious living and dining area features bookend fireplaces and French doors. The upper-level bonus room, which comes with a fireplace and opens to a deck, could work as a media room. The eye-catching home theater is clad in wood and includes a fireplace and wet bar.

Upstairs, the master suite features a luxe bathroom with a soaking tub overlooking the pool. There are four guest rooms, including two with separate entries.

Outside, the grounds feature mature trees and gardens, an oversized lawn, pool and spa, and a pergola lounge with fireplace.

A detached art studio could be used as a gym or guest quarters.

Tatum, in addition to starring in movies such as “White House Down” and “Magic Mike XXL,” has become a bestselling children’s book author. He has since reportedly purchased a rustic retreat in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon. And the “World of Dance” host Dewan has sashayed away to the ritzy enclave of Encino.

Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Laura Brau of Compass hold the listing.
