Following in the footsteps of his older brother, Donald Trump Jr., the Trump Organization executive Eric Trump has purchased a home in Jupiter, FL, with his wife, Lara Trump.

The couple reportedly picked up the luxury estate in March for $3.2 million, according to the Real Deal. The mansion had last been listed on the market in December 2020 for $3.3 million, with Cary Lichtenstein of Echo Fine Properties.

Before the Trumps bought it, the home last sold for $2,427,000 in 2013.

At 7,715 square feet, the completely renovated home, built in 2004, is purported to be the largest in the exclusive gated community of Trump National Golf Club.

With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the Tuscany-inspired design opens to a “spectacularly appointed” interior. High-end finishes include two-story coffered ceilings, crown molding, marble flooring, and Venetian plaster. The gourmet kitchen has a marble island and Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Miele appliances.

A spacious floor plan incorporates a formal dining room, a living room with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office, and a wet bar with seating.

The massive master suite comes with French doors that lead outside, as well as dual closets, a luxurious bathroom, and a safe room.

Outside, on over a half-acre, the grounds include a large pool, a cabana with a bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for hosting a family barbecue. The Trumps have two children.

As a bonus, the home is about 5 miles from Admiral’s Cove, the neighborhood where Don Jr. and his partner, the TV personality Kimberly Guilfoyle, recently purchased a $10 million property. Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa, and their five children also reportedly live in the upscale area.

The exclusive locale is about 20 miles from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, where he and his wife, Melania, moved after he left office.

Farther afield, Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, sprang for a 2-acre lot for $32 million on the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island, near Miami. The couple apparently plan to build a custom home on the island, and in the meanwhile, they are renting a luxury condo at Arte Surfside nearby.

Back in Palm Beach, the Trump brothers are involved in another real estate play.

In 2018, they bought a waterfront property near Mar-a-Lago from their aunt, Mary Trump, for $18.5 million. They updated its aging interiors and then rented out the mansion, but hoisted it onto the market for a whopping $49 million in March.
