Siggy Flicker Selling New Jersey Home

Siggy Flicker, a former cast member of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and a relationship expert, is breaking up with her Tenafly, NJ, home.

The self-help author is asking $3.85 million for the mansion. Her upscale abode had previously been listed a year ago for $4 million. Even with a small chop off the price, it’s one of the most expensive homes on the market in the area.

The high-volume TV personality purchased the property in 2013 for $1,425,000. If she manages to get her asking price, she stands to come out ahead. She follows in the footsteps of fellow castmates who have tried their luck at the New Jersey luxury real estate market, both selling and buying.

The shingled Dutch Colonial, built over 100 years ago, has “recently been totally renovated to the highest standards,” the listing notes.

With six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms, the decor is a riot of horses and homages to the designer Coco Chanel’s No. 5 perfume.

Interior details include dark wood, fireplaces, and hardwood floors.

“It was ugly until I put love into it,” Flicker says in a YouTube video tour of her home.

The foyer leads into formal living and dining rooms, and a total of 6,540 square feet of living space. And please, whatever you do, don’t make fun of the foyer.

The redone gourmet kitchen features white custom cabinetry, Viking appliances, and a large center island. The adjacent breakfast nook overlooks the backyard from a wall of glass. An office with built-in bookcases can also be found on the main floor.

On the second level, the master suite boasts a large bedroom, a bathroom with dual vanities, and a separate glassed-in shower and Flicker’s favorite, the spalike tub. The walk-in closet, the size of a bedroom, is worthy of the reality star’s designer duds.

On the lower level, the finished basement includes a gym, family room, and a full and half-bathroom.

Outside, the resort-style backyard sports a pool, multiple patios, covered porch, and a built-in barbecue. Other perks include a portico and garage.

Flicker, 53, who grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ, first came on the scene with a VH1 show titled, “Why Am I Still Single?”  The brash matchmaker joined the “Housewives” cast for seasons 7 and 8 and stirred up plenty of drama before she left the show.

Michele Kolsky-Assatly with Coldwell Banker Realty-Fort Lee Office holds the listing.
