Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is flexing some real estate muscle.

The ex-wrestler has bought a knockout estate in the prestigious Beverly Park enclave of Beverly Hills, CA, for $27.8 million, Variety reported.

The A-lister and his wife, Lauren Hashian, picked up the posh property from the actor Paul Reiser.

It was last listed for $29.99 million in January, and Johnson managed to slice a couple of million from the price in an off-market transaction. As the highest-paid actor in Hollywood, Johnson can well afford it.

The palatial estate includes a 15,000-square-foot main house, an indoor pool, tennis court, and a baseball diamond, among other jaw-dropping amenities.

Set on 3.67 acres, the mansion, originally built in 1993, was designed and renovated by the architect Grant Kirkpatrick.

The “incredibly private” spread features canyon views and landscaped grounds that include multiple seating areas, a tennis court, outdoor pool, and plenty of space to hold large-scale events.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no immediate neighbors, the long drive, lined with olive trees, leads to a motor court with a fountain.

Inside, the Mediterranean abode offers six bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, as well as amenities like a huge gym, movie theater, elevator, and 2,500 square-foot guesthouse.

The music room, with a recording studio, was reportedly installed by Alex Van Halen, who had the place built back in the early 1990s.

The property is billed as one of the largest lots in the exclusive guard-gated community of Beverly Park. The resortlike setting is also convenient from multiple gates to prime Beverly Hills, as well as to the studios and the schools in the Valley, the listing notes.

The star of “Jumanji” and his family have also spent time on a ranch in Powder Springs, GA, outside Atlanta, which he bought in 2019 for $9 million. However, he put the 45-acre horse property back on the market for $7.5 million, ensuring that he would be taking a haircut on the investment.

Johnson, known as “The Rock” from his wrestling days, has starred in the “Fast and Furious” movies and the “Jumanji” franchise. He also has two upcoming movies, ”Black Adam” and “Red Notice.” If he tires of acting, perhaps he should consider politics. In a recent poll, 46% of respondents said that they would consider the movie star for president.

“Not sure our Founding Fathers ever envisioned a six-four, bald, tattooed, half-Black, half-Samoan, tequila drinking, pick up truck driving, fanny pack wearing guy joining their club – but if it ever happens it’d be my honor to serve the people,” he tweeted.
