Priscilla Presley has listed her longtime Beverly Hills residence, Variety reported. She’s asking $15,995,000 for the home.

The European-style villa is available for the first time in over 45 years, according to the listing, and has been “lovingly maintained by the current owner.”

The listing describes the gated property as a “secluded resort hideaway” that is “so rare today.” Surrounded by verdant grounds, this “true sanctuary” lies within the city limits of Beverly Hills.

The layout of the compound includes a 8,550-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms, including three bedrooms downstairs, as well as staff quarters. A guest suite with a separate entrance is located above the garage.

Inside, the floor plan includes a formal living room with a fireplace, a dining room topped with a chandelier, and a wood-paneled den.

Other details include beamed, vaulted ceilings, a stone staircase, arched doorways, and multiple French doors. Nearly every room opens out onto gardens, terraces, and grassy lawns.

Upstairs, the master suite includes two baths and a private terrace.

Set on 1 acre, the densely landscaped grounds include a pool and lighted tennis court, connected by brick pathways and surrounded by shrubs, grass, and mature trees. An outdoor fireplace is emblazoned with the home’s moniker, Villa Nostra.

Last year, Presley sold a family home in the upscale enclave of Brentwood. Built in 1949, the ranch-style abode had been the home of her mother, Ann Lillian Wagner-Beaulieu, who died in 2005, and her stepfather, Joseph Beaulieu, who died in 2018.

Presley listed the property in 2019 for $3.65 million “as-is in its current condition with no credits or repairs by seller.” It sold over the asking price, for $3.8 million.

Presley, 75, was married to the legendary Elvis Presley from 1967 to 1973. She has been involved in the operations of her ex (who died in 1977) through Elvis Presley Enterprises, which turned his Tennessee mansion, Graceland, into a top tourist attraction.

She is also a producer of an animated Netflix show, “Agent King,” which imagines Elvis as a spy undertaking secret missions for the U.S. government.

Jonah Wilson with Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
