Former NFL quarterback Christian Ponder and his wife, ESPN broadcaster Samantha Ponder, are leaving their Phoenix home. They’re ready to pass the gated estate to a new owner for $3.9 million.

The couple purchased the property in 2015 for $2.2 million. Before achieving national fame at ESPN, Samantha grew up in the Phoenix area.

Their “beautifully appointed,” 6,923-square-foot main house comes with an 803-square-foot guesthouse. It all adds up to six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The grassy yard is ringed by tall trees, and the home’s front exterior features a covered porch.
