Southwyck Homes has launched construction of phase two of the Vernon single-family-home development in Ormewood Park.

When complete, Vernon will offer 20 three- and four-bedroom homes priced from the low $600,000s.

While phase one of Vernon is sold out, presales of homes in phase two are available, according to Brightstar Team | Compass, which is marketing the development.
