The Fulton Fresh Mobile Market is visiting six spots in Fulton County that fall within a “food desert,” as defined by USDA. The service locations range from Palmetto to Roswell. An area is a food desert if it has at least 100 households that lack transportation and are more than half a mile from a supermarket; or has either 500 people or a third of the population more than 20 miles from a supermarket.
